The Santa Isabel Street area, between Lavapiés and Antón Martín which was part of the shoot in Madrid, Spain gave fans a wealth of behind the scenes footage as fans, the public, the news and paparazzi converged on the area. So, let’s take a look at what went down…
TheTerminatorFans.com was proud to show an exclusive first look at Linda Hamilton’s Sarah Connor character…
We got to see a scarred up Mackenzie Davis preparing for scenes over at justjared.com…
We previously speculated that we think Mackenzie Davis is from the future but we were undecided if she was human or Terminator; the following image shows Dani Ramos (Natalia Reyes) supporting Davis’ character- which shows vulnerability and perhaps fleeing from danger but Marcus Wright in Terminator Salvation had to be carried and supported when he was blown up by mines… so the only possibility that remains is that she is a hybrid? or just a plain good old resistance fighter?

On this set photo we can see Linda Hamilton’s Sarah Connor stood over Mackenzie Davis’ character (on the floor) while being nursed by Dani Ramos. If you look very closely you will also see Director Tim Miller behind an equipment stand nearby (look for a dark blue T-Shirt/arm tattoo).

We saw even more pictures of Sarah Connor courtesy of BackGrid and the Daily Mail…
lomasdecolombia has a nice leaked video which confirms Diego Boneta is part of the filming also (rumored to play the brother of Dani).
Bonus:
Here is a spoiler free sweep of the set location provided by @rubendacosta…
… and an image of a van with Mexico insignia/decoration.
It is great to see this level of detail going into the set production and it will definitely add value to the movie in a great way. Even though the movie has thus far filmed in Spain on screen TheTerminatorFans.com truly believes audiences will be taken to Mexico in a believable fashion.

What is the t800 doing in this movie
For now no big thing tells us that the t800 will be really present in these beginnings of scenes.
