Linda Hamilton and James Cameron Terminator Reunion

By: On September 28th, 2017

We had the big news recently that Linda Hamilton would be returning to the Terminator franchise to star in a sequel to Terminator 2: Judgment Day; she was asked by James Cameron to reprise her role as Sarah Connor to take the original canon story forward.

CAMERON I approached Linda to see if she’d even be interested. Linda and I have a great relationship. We’ve stayed friends through the thick and thin of it all. And she is the mother of my eldest daughter. [They were married from 1997 to 1999.] So I called her up, and I said: “Look, we could rest on our laurels. It’s ours to lose, in a sense. We created this thing several decades ago. But, here’s what can be really cool. You can come back and show everybody how it’s done.” Because in my mind, it hasn’t been done a whole lot since the way she did it back in ’91.

MILLER As strong a character as she was, as meaningful as she was to gender and to action stars everywhere, I think it’s going to make a huge fucking statement to have her be the really seasoned warrior that she’s become.

CAMERON There are certainly plenty of 50-, 60-, 70-something guys out there that just keep cranking along doing action movies and killing bad guys left and right. But there isn’t an example of that for women, and I think there should be.

Linda has now begun training to become once again the “warrior” we saw in Terminator 2: Judgment Day and here is a nice picture of Jim and Linda having a photo together on September 26th 2017… Oh, and the photo-bombers are apparently Linda Hamilton’s son and his friend!

This is our before picture to Linda’s transformation before she becomes Sarah Connor again!

Arnold Schwarzenegger told…

Linda Hamilton is currently training

and also…

TERMINATOR 2: PureArts T-800 Battle Damaged Edition 1/1 Scale Art Mask

“She takes things very seriously”

… and if you saw the arms on Linda Hamilton in Terminator 2: Judgment Day you know Arnold is damn right on this one!

Linda has recently had pink hair and has transitioned to blonde, this is possibly for a role she has been playing or because she felt like it! Hardcore Linda Fans let us know in the comments below!

We can’t wait to see Linda become Sarah Connor again but there is just that little problem of passing the torch to an 18 year old lead female… we simply don’t want that to happen in Terminator 6 (our opinion) we just got back our leading lady and you’re talking about replacing her already… FUCK OFF… you’re really going to give all this talk about about “making a statement on gender roles and ageism” then cast an 18 year old replacement… this isn’t Star Wars guys and plenty of Star Wars fans hate these new fucking Star Wars movies… Terminator 6: The Farce Awakens?

I’d bet that Sarah Connor will be in a husband/wife set up with Arnold’s T-800. As actual lovers. It would highlight the toll Judgement Day has taken on Sarah, she can’t have an actual relationship, and it would delve into interesting territory on A.I and love (and it’s a logical next step from T2’s father themes.) The T-800 may be near-indistinguishable from human. Then along comes your new character with bad news, Sarah and the T-800 sacrifice themselves to save the new character.

I would not exclude that James Cameron will use CGI technologies he used in Avatar, will create 3D Sarah and T-800 and here the real sequel of T2 will come without any concern regarding the age of characters.
