Filmarena Collection Revise Terminator 2 3D and 2D Design for Fans

TheTermnatorFans.com love license holders and creatives who listen and Filmarena did just that with the new home release collectors editions of Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D and 2D. Terminator fans were not happy with the backwards ‘A’ in the word TerminAtor and also that badly photo-shopped Winchester Shotgun/hand in Schwarzenegger’s remaster artwork, so TheTerminatorFans.com decided to do some constructive moaning (our opinions are critical but we always have the best intentions at heart) and Filmarena not only listened very carefully but they also fixed the problems that nagged away at us fans!

Filmarena stated:

The first change is the fullslip edition (also limited edition) the villainous T-1000 now takes the front and Sarah Connor heroine takes the back of the fullslip! We like it.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is now restored to his original “Assault on Cyberdyne” glory on the limited edition steelbook with NO badly photoshopped shotgun- which was inaccurate and the handle was wrong. As mentioned both covers and spines now have the A (in the word Terminator) facing the right direction! The back features John Connor and it is nice to see Edward Furlong and Linda Hamilton prominent in the artwork on this release.

Note *Filmarena have also said they will also bring the A in Terminator to rest more under the T for final production AND the A in “SchwArzenegger” will be corrected!

TheTerminatorFans.com wish to thank Filmarena for making these changes, these changes make a huge difference to fans and collectors who care for the finer details and you have done a great job at rectifying two problems that really annoyed fans throughout the marketing of Terminator 2: Judgment Day’s remaster. It makes a huge difference! Also allowing other much loved characters to get equal face time is highly appreciated,- something that was severely lacking in the marketing of Terminator 2:Judgment Day 3D.
