Lorne Balfe the composer of Terminator Genisys tweeted us a nice little preview to his soundtrack which is now available on youtube and that the ‘original score soundtrack’ to Terminator Genisys is now available to buy on iTunes Terminator Genisys Soundtrack and Amazon.

This preview sounds epic and grand in scale, like a historical battle for mankind’s survival. Will Terminator Genisys live up to this sound created by Lorne? His score sounds very emotive, how much of the emotion in Terminator Genisys is down to Lorne?
While we haven’t heard the soundtrack yet in its entirety we have heard a couple of samples and Lorne definitely has created a soundtrack that has respect for Brad Fiedel and his iconic compositions. For example that important “heartbeat of the machine” from the 1984 Terminator arrival (The Terminator) has a place/tribute on the soundtrack and in those scenes leading to the the Arnold Vs Arnold scenes.
