Happy birthday to Mr. James Cameron, who turns 64 years old today. Another year older but still working on movies and also executive producing the new Terminator movie which is currently in production.

What does the future hold for Jim? Well, he is directing his Avatar sequels, he’s producing projects like Alita: Battle Angel and the new Terminator trilogy and also next year he’s getting a share of his Terminator rights back. On top of this; the new acquisition of 20th Century Fox means that it is very likely his Avatar movies are about to become Disney movies and the Navi will be joining the Disney-verse itself. This means we might see Avatar characters in Disney video-games and animated features one day. If you think about it,- maybe Pandora- The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, was somewhat premonitory to current circumstances and it has been interesting to watch that unfold.

Of course there still remains a question from Terminator Fans and that is simply; when will Jim direct another Terminator, because we have been waiting, are still waiting and although we are patient most of us feel owed and hope that he will take time out to give the fans what they want.

Let’s end on a classic quote that perfectionist film-maker James Cameron belted out on the set of Terminator 2: Judgment Day and damn that’s why we loved Jim in the first place, he took no shit and got the job done well!

James Cameron is the best director / producer of sci-fi film and this movie: Battle alita Angel tells me that he is very much inspired by Terminator! I can not wait to see him, but I can not wait for Jim Cameron to take over the queens of the Terminator saga as a director and producer because we do not want to see the first two masterpieces! HAPPY BIRTHDAY THE BEST !!!

I honestly don’t think Cameron will ever direct another Terminator film again……He has got tons of Avatar films to do and I think he has moved on from Telling Terminator stories. Think we need to let that one go. I would like to be wrong on this but think its pretty much a given. I am pleased enough that he is back as a producer at least….thats something. Also, if Terminator 6 doesn’t turn out well, than I well and truly want them to give up for good. This is the last chance they have of doing a good Terminator film and with Arnold.
