Many Teminator Fans have been asking questions about how some of the gameplay dynamics will work in The Terminator The Official Board Game so Team Lynnvander took time out of their @emeraldcitycon expo event programming- to explain the game some more to backers and potential backers of the Kickstarter campaign…
Team Lynnvander’s Nat and Thomas are going through components and answering some Kickstarter questions about The Terminator board game by Space Goat Productions. This video is a fun video shot in a hotel with our phones just to show off some of the amazing prototype created to showcase at the Emerald City Comic Con 2017.

Discussion ranges from how the asymmetrical game will work in unison, “sexy” metal dice, how The Terminator will tactically try to eliminate Sarah Connor in the past of 1984 and how SkyNet will try to overrun The Resistance forces led by General John Connor in the future war battlefield of 2029.
You gotta admit the dice are sexy…
We can see some of the miniatures, although it is stated sizes may change to fit the gaming tiles on the board, some of the artwork on the stat cards are not yet final but the existing ones featuring original Artwork from the Space Goat Productions team and some familiar artwork from Dark Horse Comic’s is present and they all look and feel connected in look and design (cut from the same cloth) which we are sure fans will appreciate very much.
If fans continue to back the Kickstarter there is massive potential for the game to expand even more with more characters, variants, possible new expansion packs, even foil stat cards and more.
The game also will be dedicated to the memory of the late and great Bill Paxton who played, of course, our favorite Punk with an attitude in the first movie.
Nat and Thomas also tease a possible sequel with a more hardcore (and less scream queen) Sarah Connor. Terminator 2: Judgment Day The Official Board Game anyone?
