For those of you that have spent years wearing out your videotapes, Laser Disc’s, DVDs and Blu-Ray’s watching the classic sci-fi action movie Terminator 2 Judgment Day; many a time you have witnessed actor Terrence Evans (your local friendly LA Cryoco Liquid Nitrogen truck driver) have The T-1000 (Robert Patrick) impale his chest and cast him aside in order to take his ride… The rules are simple; never stop driving to offer help to a Terminator.
Sadly Terrence died August 7 in Burbank at the age of 81. Unlike his character in T2,- Terrence lived to tell the tale of his encounter with the T-1000 and we and many other Terminator fans will continue to watch the legend live on every time we watch T2. So, next time you watch the movie you can see Terrence Evans the legendary driver of the Cryoco Truck in action!
Terrence had a genre spanning career from TV to movie and our thoughts go out to his family at this difficult time.

I remember it well. These actor’s personal lives often don’t get to our attention. Ending up in a wheelchair was obviously not an ideal state of affairs but at least his onscreen memory will remain strong in our minds. The truck scene was indeed awesome.
(We were both dog lovers too – as is Summer and many others).
He wasn’t actually in a wheelchair, that is the actor (image in article) in the Texas Chainsaw remake… T2 has some fantastic casting and Terrence will surely be remembered!
