Schwarzenegger Outbids Terminator Fans on T2 Mosaic Art Piece in Leeds UK

The Entertainernator is a machine programmed to entertain and first graced TV screens as enemy of the Hoffinator on Britain’s Got Talent. The Entertainernator also helped us to do some contests and promos in the past especially when he went and tracked down Linda Hamilton for us for a convention video special.

He was hired by Olexy Fresh Promotions to meet and greet guests arriving at the event in Leeds, we managed to catch up with him after the event via phone for a chat about the event and the Arnold Schwarzenegger items that were auctioned that night for charity.

So how did the event go tonight?

It was a good event, Arnold pretty much repeated a lot of stuff that he spoke about in his book (Total Recall), he elaborated on some things, told a few anecdotes on his interaction with Sylvestor Stallone, it was, overall, a well received event.

You sound exhausted has being The Entertainernator for the night been physically demanding?

It was, yeah, but it was great to be asked to do it and it was well received and was an honor to be there, I was told that Arnold is aware of what I do and I did manage to briefly catch up with him towards the end and told him about how I enjoy taking the character around and performing the iconic character in my shows; it was a blessing to be thanked by him.

So he answered questions for Jonathan Ross; any additional Genisys news?

Yes, all the questions were put to him by Jonathan Ross so in a sense all the questions were screened for the event, he talked about how he is interested in returning to roles he previously played and that he enjoyed filming Genisys. Obviously I don’t think he would be releasing any major news on Terminator or other projects at this point.

You were busy all day; appearing on BBC Leeds and BBC Nottingham Radio that day too right?

Yes the day was full on from the minute I woke up, it was an honor to be asked onto BBC Leeds and Nottingham Radio…

So, there was an auction of Terminator items?

There was an auction yes, for charity, one of the pieces was this Mosaic art piece of Arnold from the iconic T2 Poster and Arnold outbid everyone with £15k, they also had some Terminator items like a shotgun and a jacket and other items along those lines, someone actually bought a Rose-box Shotgun from Terminator 2 for a high price. It was for a charity called Candlesticks and all the items were signed by Arnold.

So overall a good night?

Yeah, but I’ve gone and left my costume at the venue, there has been a mix up and I’ve got someone Jeans instead of the my Terminator 2 wardrobe…
