Another cast member for the Terminator Reboot has been announced. Lee Byung-hun is set to play a central character in the movie.
You may know the actor from the two GI Joe movies as well as the 2010 movie called I Saw The Devil. Hopefully his 32 acting credits pay off in a good performance in Terminator: Genesis.
BH Entertainment, “It’s true that Lee Byung-hun has been cast in this new movie. He will be playing an important role.”
Besides this quote, there are reports stating that Lee will play a T-1000. So it seems that Lee may be able to show off his martial arts in Terminator: Genesis as well as being a villain of the movie. So while he might not have a real arc of his own, as Terminators don’t really seem to get those most of the time, he’ll at least be an interesting character in the movie.
We would like to see Robert Patrick play some part in the new movies… He did such a good job defining the original T-1000 he deserves to be part of the new Trilogy in an interesting role.

a Terminator doing martial arts… wtf? since when do Terminators do that?
Since Transformers dictated that all robots must now do slow-motion flips in the air whenever possible.
If they somehow come up with a form of martial arts that allow for limbs passing through liquid metal I might be willing to accept it.
i am definitely against it. Terminators have no need to do that. maybe as a cover to blend in but only the T-1000 or later models could do it. the T-600, T-750 and T-800 couldn’t really do it coz of the limitations of the endoskeleton.
to me it would be like trying to use humor like they did in T3. that was terrible. there was already early signs of it in T2 but it was done well there.
