THE EXPENDABLES 3 (2014)

The Expendables are back for a third (and rumored to be) final time… never say never with these guys but there is also talk of Stallone putting together a team of female Expendables so we don’t think it is the last we will see of this franchise. One thing that is of concern is the movie’s PG-13 rating, will this damage the movie and annoy the fan-base or make the movie a bigger success than its predecessors? August 2014 will reveal all…

The 3rd Expendables movie also titled EX3 for short will once again see Schwarzenegger reprising his role as a Trench. In the first movie Schwarzenegger played a cameo and in the second movie he had what we consider a bigger ‘cameo’. Hopefully this time his role is larger than the previous installments and we get some more development of the character.

THE EXPENDABLES 3 will be rolling into theaters this AUGUST 15, 2014!

SYNOPSIS:

In THE EXPENDABLES 3, Barney (Stallone), Christmas (Statham) and the rest of the team comes face-to-face with Conrad Stonebanks (Gibson), who years ago co-founded The Expendables with Barney. Stonebanks subsequently became a ruthless arms trader and someone who Barney was forced to kill… or so he thought. Stonebanks, who eluded death once before, now is making it his mission to end The Expendables — but Barney has other plans. Barney decides that he has to fight old blood with new blood, and brings in a new era of Expendables team members, recruiting individuals who are younger, faster and more tech-savvy. The latest mission becomes a clash of classic old-school style versus high-tech expertise in the Expendables’ most personal battle yet.
