The future war of Terminator 2: Judgment Day is always something fans wanted more of and back in the process of making Terminator 2 Stan Winston was faced with the challenge of creating the army of SkyNet and improving the T-800 Endoskeleton itself by taking the original model taking casts and making multiple Endoskeletons for various uses, from puppets to full standing animatronic robots.

The Official Stan Winston School Blog reports:

While Terminator 2: Judgment Day is best known for introducing the iconic liquid metal T-1000 to the Terminator franchise, (Hollywood’s first ever practical/digital “hybrid” character), James Cameron and Stan Winston were determined to improve upon the familiar T-800 as well.
