Mattson Tomlin recently revealed that he’d had a cybernetic mascot helping him out whilst he worked on the Terminator: Anime Series. In the image you can see a Schwarzenegger Terminator doll from Terminator 2 3-D: Battle Across time, which is sat on a desk next to a laptop containing the partial view of a script. Upon matching this up with an older image that Mattson had previously posted with the caption “Insane“, it reveals a full script page (below). Though as we pointed out – the dates didn’t match.
Now it looks like the dates not matching is down to it being a different episode!
A new image which was posted to Twitter shows Mattson Tomlin standing over a table containing eight scripts, presumably eight episodes for season one of the Skydance / Netflix series.

Eight whole episodes to binge watch sounds like a decent amount to us! Whether MODEL 101 is the subtitle of every episode of Season One (with each episode splitting off from the main storyline of the T-800 origins), or if it’s just the title of a singular episode – remains to be seen, but it looks highly likely that we’re getting that Genesis story for the T-800 which will make many fans very happy.
Are you looking forward to the Terminator Anime Series?
