The Mother of all Destiny’s 58th Birthday

Linda Hamilton Lostgirl

Many Terminator Fans will always see Linda Hamilton as ‘the’ Sarah Connor. Hamilton’s turn as Sarah Connor is amazing. Especially how she became a badass in the second film. Hamilton was able to give a very convincing portrayal of a woman who has to deal with everything she learned in the first film. She plays a great mother and fighter who sometimes seems to walk the line between brave and insane.

Hamilton sadly only reclaimed her role as Sarah Connor in the Terminator series after Terminator 2: Judgment Day as a voice over in Terminator Salvation.

Lost Girl starring Linda Hamilton

Outside of the Terminator series, she has recently been in two SyFy Original Series: Lost Girl and Defiance. I have been meaning to get into Lost Girl for a long time and one of the reasons I want to is because of the chance to see Hamilton again. I have only watched two episodes of Defiance, none of them with Hamilton in them, and have yet to catch up with the series but it has been reported that her character will be getting a lot more screen time in upcoming episodes.

In the upcoming The Sunday Horse, to be released in 2015, Linda Hamilton will play Mrs. Walden. The story revolves around a horse rider winning a national jumping championship.

Happy Birthday, the Mother of all Destiny, for your 58th Birthday!
