THR have reported that Terminator 2: Judgment Day‘s T-1000, Robert Patrick, is set to join season 10 of AMC‘s hit zombie apocalypse show: ‘The Walking Dead‘.
TWD will premiere six episodes of the extended order for season ten, with Mr. Patrick portraying a character named ‘Mays‘ – it appears that Mays will be somewhat of an antagonist, who will cause friction with Seth Gilliam‘s character ‘Father Gabriel‘. The episode titled “One More” will feature a tension-filled interaction between the two characters; concerning their differing views of religion.

Mr. Patrick was congratulated on the role by his fellow T2, and now TWD alumni, Xander Berkley on Instagram; Xander portrayed Todd Voight (John Connor‘s foster parent) in Terminator 2, and Gregory (the cowardly leader of The Hilltop) in The Walking Dead – seasons 6 -9.

The Walking Dead is also executive produced by Gale Anne Hurd – co writer and producer of The Terminator (1984), and executive producer of Terminator 2: Judgment Day and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines.
This is the second time (post Terminator 2) that Robert Patrick has reunited with Gale Anne Hurd – the first being the 2017 series ‘Lore‘, based on the successful podcast.
