Terminator: Dark Fate Flashback Scenes to Feature De-Aged Linda Hamilton?

Terminator 6 Dark Fate De-Aged Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor

If an update on Wikipedia is true then it looks like Linda Hamilton will also be receiving the de-age treatment as CGI in Terminator: Dark Fate.

While we always reserve some “Judgment” where IMDb and Wikipedia is concerned (we all remember the Brad Fiedel faux return fiasco) then according to the wikipedia update Linda Hamilton’s likeness from 1991 will be utilized for flashback scenes. We have speculated before that Jude Collie and Brett Azar’s roles could be for flashback scenes, time travel back to scenes or even just a Sarah Connor nightmare sequence but this now leans more to filling in the gap of events between 1991’s Terminator 2: Judgment Day and 2019’s Terminator: Dark Fate. Could Linda Hamilton being de-aged be part of answering the question of WHERE IS JOHN CONNOR?

This means that in Terminator lore 1995’s Sarah Connor (as that was when the movie story was set not the year the movie was made) is supposedly going to appear in Terminator: Dark Fate.

Is there any evidence to support this? Well yes it could be possible as Linda Hamilton was present on the early shoot with Brett Azar (Young Terminator Schwarzenegger body double) and presumably also Jude Collie (young John Connor Edward Furlong bodydouble).

Could our two T-800 theory be right? Could the flashback scenes show John Connor die?

Could we be getting post-T2 scenes; with Sarah and John Connor leaving the steel mill where something happens to John?

Is this the revival of Uncle Bob?

One thing is for sure – Skydance and Paramount seem to prefer to give us THE TERMINATOR (the villain) as CGI these days, ala Genisys, so it would not surprise us if this is the case in Terminator: Dark Fate as well.

We are very skeptical about de-aging characters but if the studios can make it photo-realistic and utilize it corerectly… then we might be interested in seeing what these scenes entail.

Thanks to Terminator Fan Michael Drago for sharing the wikipedia update/screencapture with us.
