COVID-19 Terminator 2 Todd and Janelle Social Distancing

Graphic Designer and Illustrator Matt “Mirthquake” Orsman reached out to Terminator Legends Jenette Goldstein and Xander Berkeley, and asked them to reprise the roles of Janelle and Todd Voight for an infographic lesson on social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I reached out to Jenette Goldstein and Xander Berkeley who played Janelle and Todd Voight (John Connor’s foster parents) in Terminator 2 (T2) last week, with this idea for an infographic on how to help survive this Quarantine. They were glad to help, and supplied me with photos (by Jenette’s husband and Xander’s daughter, respectively!) that I was able to put together into this. I hope you dig.

T2 Corona Survival With The Voight’s Infographic

Of course the foster parents of John Connor died in the 1991 hit movie directed by James Cameron, and were both victims of the relentless T-1000 Terminator unit, as portrayed by Robert Patrick. The infographic sees them brought back to life one more time for a good cause.

We spoke to Mirthquake about how the image came to be and what inspired him to make it come to life.

I was cleaning up files on my computer as the quarantine was starting, and ran across an illustration that I had done for the Texas Frightmare program from the year we had a big Terminator reunion. One of the elements was the Jenette-T-1000 with Todd (and his milk) impaled on her arm.
