We Exclusively reported yesterday that NECA would be doing a new Ultimate T-1000 Figure but this new bit of news is even more exciting… they’re also making an Ultimate Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton). This is a company first for NECA.
Our initial source of the Ultimate T-1000 (Robert Patrick) figure @GeneralSod found a new interview confirming the Ultimate T-1000 but also an Ultimate Sarah Connor figure and kindly shared the link with us.
The news about the Ultimate T-1000 is now confirmed in the following video but the Sarah Connor treat that follows in the interview was revealed by NECA’s Randy Falk while talking with PixelDan Eardley at the New York Toy Fair and is sure to make many hardcore fans happy.
Terminator Fans have been crying out for a NECA (Linda Hamilton) Sarah Connor figure for a long time.
Randy Falk says that the new Ultimate line of T2 figures will have plenty of accessories, 3 interchangeable heads and more advanced figure articulation than ever.
Ultimate T-800 was the only one of the 3 planned ultimate T2 figures shown at the Toy Fair as a 2-Up prototype.

The last real (6-7″) Sarah Connor Figure was released by McFarlane Toys back in 2002 under the Movie Maniacs 5 line of figures. The figure was a cash grab and 3 alternate styles of heads which was plenty of incentive for collectors to purchase/track down all 3.
