Nacon Release Terminator Survival Game Teaser Trailer

Nacon Release Terminator Survival Game Teaser Trailer

Italian game studio, Nacon Milan, have just released the first teaser trailer for the upcoming Terminator survival game.

Back in May (2022) Nacon Milan CEO, Marco Ponte stated:

“We’re making a game in a completely different genre, a survival game based on a worldwide famous film license. This title has been really drawing people in since it’s the first film license of such importance to be made into a video game in Italy. It will be an interesting game, with a combat part as well.”

The previous teaser image which was released on the studio’s website featured the Alamo Sport Shop sign from The Terminator (1984) in a post-apocalyptic setting, heavily suggesting a new survival game for both fans of that genre and Terminator fans – the move also brings a new direction for the gaming side of the Terminator franchise.

The new teaser which looks to be set in the world of the first two movies, features an Endoskeleton (not of Genisys / Dark Fate design) and the sound of panicked female breathing, with shotgun shells and Sarah Connor’s Terminator 2: Judgment Day Matsuda sunglasses on the ground.

Could we be playing as the mother of the future or simply unlocking / acquiring some of her iconic clothing and weaponry… ?

The new game will be set in a time frame somewhere between Judgment Day and the beginnings of John Connor‘s Resistance. It will also feature an open-world setting…

Nacon Studio Milan’s official website states that:

“We’re thrilled to announce that our next big project will be set in the world of Terminator, one of the world’s most popular and iconic film franchises.
The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic open world and features an original story that builds on the events of the official films. You play as a group of nuclear apocalypse survivors fighting to stay alive in a time period between Judgment Day and the creation of John Connor’s resistance.”

It’s looking good so far.
