GreenLight is on board to develop new die-cast vehicles based on the classic science-fiction action movie.
NORTH AMERICA–Studiocanal has partnered with GreenLight Collectibles to create a series of die-cast vehicles based on the science-fiction action film The Terminator.
Creative Licensing, Studiocanal’s licensing agent, brokered the deal.
New products in the collection include a 1:64 Hollywood Series 1977 Dodge Monaco Police car and a 1:18 Artisan Collection 1977 Dodge Monaco Metropolitan Police car with 1:18 T-800 Endoskeleton figure.

Seeing this level of quality really excites us for what we will see in the The Terminator (1984) range of vehicles!
There are loads of vehicles that could make an appearance in this line from the first Terminator movie and here are some of the cars we would like to see make an appearance!
How about that speedy getaway vehicle; the 1977 Cadillac Eldorado?
Another life saving vehicle we would love to see from the final chase sequence is the 1973 Chevrolet C-10 Fleetside.
A definite must have would have to be the 1983 Jeep CJ-7 Renegade! The 4×4 Sarah Connor rides off into the unknown future in at the end of the movie! A collectible Sarah Connor and Terminator Spotter wouldn’t go a miss!
Our choice of vehicle for THE TERMINATOR would have to be the International Harvester Transtar CO-4070 Tanker Truck.
Not forgetting those little important details like the J&G Oil Co. The Jim and Gale Oil Company! An Easter Egg to ‘The Terminator’ Director James Cameron and of course Producer Gale Anne Hurd!
If we could have a 4 wheel Die-Cast Future War vehicle it would have to be a battle damaged 1976 Pontiac LeMans.
If two wheel vehicles were possible… we would love a double pack of Sarah Connor’s Scooter and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Motorcycle but now we are maybe getting too greedy! Even greedier would be to ask for the HK Aerial and HK Tank Units in these smaller scales… for now we are more than happy with retro vehicles from the movie!
Additional figures to accompany cars… we of course would love to see Kyle Reese (Michael Biehn) and 1L19 Cop (William Wisher) make cameos in the series. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s likeness is quite expensive so we wouldn’t be surprised if he doesn’t make an appearance in this 40 watt range (this would probably depend on how successful the sales are for the die-cast vehicles too; to validate his appearance later on perhaps?) but the iconic Endoskeleton innards of Schwarzenegger will more than make up for it.
