A data miner has found files in Call of Duty: Vanguard that suggest The Terminator will crossover with Call of Duty at some point in the very near future. Rambo and John McClane have already appeared in Call of Duty: Warzone, and a Call of Duty leaker did also previously hint that The Terminator would be coming to Call of Duty: Warzone.

While these files were obtained in a data mine from Call of Duty: Vanguard; it doesn’t mean that the information doesn’t pertain to Call of Duty: Warzone, Warzone also seems to be the place where crossovers happen – so exactly how Terminator will appear in the world of Call of Duty remains to be seen.
Terminator_01_ hero? Well the hero of the first movie was actually Kyle Reese (Michael Biehn). The ’01’ doesn’t really mean anything as other characters, presumably from Attack on Titan, also have ’01’ in the memory dump file names. This could suggest that this isn’t neccesserily a character from the first Terminator, could we be seeing an Arnold Schwarzenegger Terminator 2 skin, or even Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton)?
Arnold doesn’t usually participate in these games but, if this does happen, we can go full Planet Hollywood in Warzone perhaps. If all else fails we always have the iconic Endoskeleton to fall back on.
It’s also interesting to see how the Terminator will be implemented, hero suggests he may not be a villainous player that is on the hunt. Will this be a protector role and will that somehow weave into the gameplay at all?
It’s also interesting to note that Call Of Duty Vanguard has been scored by Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles composer Bear McCreary.
