Is J.K. Simmons out-pumping Arnold and Sly? In preparation for his role of Commissioner Jim Gordon in the DCEU (Detective Comics Extended Universe).
He is being trained by Aaron Williamson; who has also portrayed a Terminator (T-800) in Terminator Genisys (future war scenes) and was also responsible for training cast members like J.K. Simmons, Jai Courtney and Emilia Clarke.
Aaron posted the picture above to his Instagram stating the following on April 23rd 2016:

Wait, this was back in April? What does he look like now?
What the fuck? #TheProudPlatypus J.K. Simmons is not only ripped-to-shit but you can also tell that he isn’t just working his arms- his legs are also significantly larger.
If J.K. keeps going and maintains this physique then it looks like Arnold and Sly have some serious competition and maybe that’s the missing ingredient; the competitive edge in Hollywood,- actors and studios striving to outdo each other and fighting to stay on top.
J.K. hopes to run four full Justice League movies as Jim Gordon; we hope he is given the screen-time he deserves, and wouldn’t it just be great to have a muscled up J.K. walking around the planet and starring in movies full-time? One thing for sure is this will be Commissioner Gordon as we have never seen him before in a full-feature.
J.K Simmons is 61 years of age and Linda Hamilton is 59 years of age. We think the studios need to send Aaron Williamson around to Linda Hamilton to resurrect one of the most iconic female badasses of Hollywood history SARAH CONNOR. Ripley will return in Alien 5 but the big question is will the real Sarah Connor be back for T6?
Can Hollywood or Jim Cameron finally restore faith and make movies the fans actually want, restore canon and (most importantly of all) fix what has been broken? A return to the science-fiction horror category is very much needed at this point.
