As Terminator fans worldwide know "The Terminator" was made on a budget of just $6 million dollars. James Cameron and his team worked extremely hard and it paid off. The 80's was an age where Hollywood really did have to work for praise, a time where storytelling and non-computerised visual effects made a real impact on people. The Terminator made a cinema icon and made big names in Hollywood. Now isn't it a shame that a man who strived for such excellence and created a future world that struck interest with a large fanbase now turns his back on his creation...?
To fans, James Cameron only scratched the surface of the story to be told. Yet he remains adamant that there is nothing left to tell. As much as historical disasters and blue aliens on a planet interest people and gross big money at the box office the terminator series feels some what empty. 2 sequels that left people bitter or disapointed. The franchise is lost. You think they would respect the followers by at least making it up to them one last time in true film making genious.
